We provide a full dose-response rela­tion­ship study with EC50-calcu­la­tion. We collect single culture isolates from pathogen samples collected from the field or air and inoc­u­late the pathogen isolates in medium containing different concen­tra­tions of fungi­cides. The pathogens are grown in 96- or 24-well format/​plates, or on petri dishes and eval­u­ated by our scientists.

The resulting data is analysed for trends on poten­tial resis­tance and adap­ta­tion, including seasonal, local, regional and Euro­pean trends.

We provide exten­sive reporting and if required can add addi­tional mole­c­ular analysis on the poten­tial gene muta­tions respon­sible for the resis­tance or adaptation.

We contin­u­ously develop and improve method­olo­gies for our In vitro studies for pathogens suscep­tible to grow in medium in the field of agri­cul­ture and horticulture.
